Our Team
Our clinical team is made up of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are highly trained and passionate about helping children succeed. All treatment plans are developed and supervised by BCBAs to ensure quality, consistency, and measurable progress.
Lindsay Giannone
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Lindsay is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level (BCBA-D). She received her Doctorate from Nova Southeastern in Florida. Additionally, she holds two master’s degrees in special education and education, as well as a NJ special education teacher and elementary education certification. She is also the author of two Autism Curriculums: A Step-By-Step Curriculum for Early Learners with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and A Step-By-Step ABA Curriculum for Young Learners (ages 3-10) with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She believes that all children can make progress, regardless of their different abilities and styles of learning, and seeing that progress is her favorite part of her job.

Alex is a results-oriented Finance & Operations Leadership Professional with comprehensive experience overseeing business operations and driving growth of organizations of all sizes, from entrepreneurial endeavors to global media firms. Proven record of success implementing key process improvements to maximize revenue generation, minimize costs, and increase overall efficiency.
Laurel A. Vnucak, MS
HR Director
Laurel has 15 years experience as a human resources executive, manager, and generalist in healthcare and social service organizations. She has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Training and Development and experience in various healthcare specialties, including Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery, Mental Health Treatment, Partial Care, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Residential and Vocational Training Programs, and Gastroenterology. In her free time, Laurel enjoys beach days, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Michael T. DiMarco
Director of Business Development
Michael has been with the Crossroads Companies for over 20 years and brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Throughout his career, he has been deeply committed to helping grow the organization while staying true to its mission of serving the community.
He takes great pride in the impact Crossroads has on the local community and values being part of a team that supports individuals and families every day. Michael is passionate about helping people gain the structure, tools, and skills they need to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
